How To Shop With Us

Shopping with us is very easy and intuitive. The procedure below describes the process. Remember that you can always call us on 0809 150 7651 is you need to make any enquiry

Step 1: Welcome to Aivon.ng

Browse through the website and find what you are looking for.

Use the top category menu tabs to navigate our site. You can also use the category listings on category and product pages for navigation. Try using the search box if you can’t find what you are looking for. Still can't find what you’re looking for? Why not get in touch with us.

Step 2: Add to Basket and Purchasing

Once you have found what you are looking for, click "ADD TO CART" to add the product to the basket. At this stage you are able to continue shopping or simply proceed to checkout. Please note that the minimum purchase amount on this site is N3,000. You are not required to be registered with us before you can make a purchase. How ever, a one time registration with us will make checkout easier and faster. You details are safe with us. Please read our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Step 3: Checkout and Delivery Confirmation

We operate a "Payment on Delivery" and "Bank Transfer" system of payment. With the "Payment on Delivery" mode of payment, you can pay cash at your door step after inspecting the goods purchased to ensure the purchase goods are in good condition and match perfectly with what you ordered. However, for amounts above N50,000, you would be required to pay by "Bank Transfer". For security reasons, we do not allow our dispatch riders handle funds above N50,000.

Step 4: Order

Click on the Blue Order Button.

This website is only for delivery of products in Lagos State, Nigeria. We do not offer international deliveries. We will aim to deliver your purchase on the day of purchase. We will notify you via email once your product has been dispatched. Delivery charges may vary depending on the cost of the purchase.

There may be circumstances where the delivery period may be delayed and outside of our control. We will do all we can to make sure that your purchase arrives as quickly as possible. Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Customer Coupon Information: Please take note of the coupon expiration dates and the minimum purchase value required to use the coupon as shown on our homepage and promotional leaflet. The unlimited coupons which come in N500, N1,000, N1,500, and N2,000 variations do not require registration. You can start using them immediately and they can be used multiple times before expiry. Registered users coupons as the name signifies can only be used by registered users. Theses coupons come in the N400, N800, N1,600, N2,400, N3,200 and N,4000 variation. Although these coupons provide a deeper discount they can only be used twice per customer before the expiry date.

Coupon Instructions.
  1. Please take note of the particular coupon code you wish to use. 
  2. Browse through our product catalog. 
  3. When you see a product you want to buy, click the blue "Add to cart" button below the product image to add it to your shopping cart.
  4. When you have finnished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the web page. Click "Proceed to Checkout" from the drop down menu.
  5. On the checkout page, fill in the required information properly to enable use deliver the products to you and the click the blue "Next" button below.
  6. On the Payment page, choose the mode of payment you intend to use. 
  7. Under the Payment Methods, you would see "Apply Discount Code". Click on "Apply Discount Code" and input the Coupon Code in the text box below.
  8. Click the "Apply Discount" button below the coupon text box. The coupon discount will then be applied which can be seen in your "Order Summary" on the right side of the page.
  9. Click the blue "Place Order" button to make your purchase. Enjoy you shopping and remember that Every Kobo Counts.
